Gut renovation of a Brooklyn, Williamsburg Apt Interior, using LEED Certified materials, improving the lighting of the interior with natural light reflections and new ceiling lights. Every elements have been redesign and give a more comfortable space to the users.
The custom design shelvings made of natural oak wood take a central place to give peacefulness to the Living Room.

The Hooper Home is a restored farm house that features all green materials. Given a sleek modern interior, this home also features and underground tank used to store rain water to help reduce water costs. Solar pRetail Architecture / Luxury Design Store on Madison Avenue, NYC. This project was done under the supervision of SCHARLY DESIGNER STUDIO® as the head of design and final decision-maker. In this commercial project, an existing barbershop on Madison ave was transformed into a high-end french leather store. This was the first showroom in the United States, but the third showroom to be designed right after Paris and Japan. In this project part of the existing millwork was preserved and reused in the new design to keep the history of the space and identity of the building. New modern finishes were added such as new custom millwork for the main counter and window units to contrast the existing millwork.anels were also added to the barn to assist with land maintenance.
Central America - Treehouse Resort
Design in wood, this 3 stories treehouse is also designed to procure the best interior comfort you can get on the coast, and a natural system of refreshment.
Natural ventilating system, and structural columns procure shadows and cool air in the building and avoid high temperature.
This building will procure, Living-Room, Kitchen, Loft Room, Bathroom, and and amazing accessible Rooftop.
